Application – Stalls

Please read the Stalls & Vendors Information Guide before submitting an application. This document explains who we will accept applications from, any charges that may apply, and what documents we require from you as part of your application and by when.

Please note this page is for information and engagement stalls only. If you wish sell products, please use this form here.

Applications will close on 30 April 2023. We will contact you soon after to confirm any bookings.

Please be aware that we will not be providing a power supply for stall holders.

I confirm we will NOT be raising money on behalf of our organisation at Pride
I confirm we will NOT be selling any products or services on our stall
I confirm that naked flames and highly flammable materials will NOT be used on our stall
I confirm we will email a copy of our Public Liability Insurance Certificate and Risk Assessment documents to events@highlandpride.org as per the dates stated in the Stalls & Vendor Information Guide
I understand that submission of this form does NOT guarantee a space, but the Highland Pride committee will consider our application
I consent to Highland Pride SCIO collecting my details via this form, so they can respond to my application
